The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

I happened upon the first of these wiki pages, which led to the other two.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_reliability_of_the_Acts_of_the_Apostles

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internal_consistency_of_the_Bible

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_Christianity

I myself don't know the response to everything on these pages. I suspect a lot of the supposed inconsistencies are just taken out of context, but I would be grateful if somebody could tell me how they would answer them.

Our gospel came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction. (1 Thessalonians 1:5)

>Acts 4:4 speaks of Peter addressing an audience, resulting in the number of Christian converts rising to 5,000 people. A Professor of the New Testament Robert M. Grant says "Luke evidently regarded himself as a historian, but many questions can be raised in regard to the reliability of his history […] His ‘statistics’ are impossible; Peter could not have addressed three thousand hearers [e.g. in Acts 2:41] without a microphone, and since the population of Jerusalem was about 25–30,000, Christians cannot have numbered five thousand [e.g. Acts 4:4]."[61]

That's some deep prelest. These people are looking for half of a made up excuse to deny God.
