And Russian Empire was predicted to be richest industrial power with population of at least 800 Million by the end of XX cc in the early 1900's. As we know, its a shithole and every country of former empire added together doesnt have population 300 Million even. All this due to civil war, world wars and so on.
So all such predictions are shit. Especially considering that Muslim fertility rates are thought to be decreased (and growth of pisslam depends on dropping babies). Also we don't know what will future sociological situation will be Islamic countries, as there are large portions of youngsters in the Muslim world who abhor Islam but cant say anything due to strict rules and social pressure, also aided by the fact that Christians are forbidden to proselytize in majority of said countries. 50 years are large period and might bring drastic changes in this, most notably, new generation that wont pressure on their children as much as their parents do now
Not to mention that Christianity is growing in Asia and Africa. 6M Christians converting in Nigeria, India already has several Christian Majority state, There is a Protestant Boom in China and Korea. The list goes on.
