You're telling me that Catholics have more holy days devoted to their saints than to Jesus?

Outlawing the truth is the closest thing liars can come to proving their claims.

everyday belongs to christ but most of the solemnities for christ are assigned to sundays, so you dont have to go anyway. holy days of obligation are the days important enough to obligate going in the middle of the week.

Since every sunday of the year is a holy day of obligation dedicated to Jesus. You are a bit mistaken.

248ed8  No.723817

Every Sunday is a holy day devouted to Jesus. Plus you've only listed the mandatory holy days. Every second day is a day devouted to someone or something. I think you misunderstand what a holy day is.

I bet it makes you feel smart that you can count though.

Sunday is a given for every Christian. These are your specific days which are mostly devoted to saints, not Jesus. That's idolatry.

Theyre days where mass is said in thanksgiving of the gifts of saints, etc.

I understand that you’ve probably been swimming in anti-Catholic propaganda, but just do a little exercise and pretend like Catholicism might actually be true. If you can do that, you’ll see that it is. Knock and the door shall open

We worship Christ in all those holy days.

Not only this, but there are more Sundays which are solely for Christ, than Saint days…Not to mention the Saint days are only celebrated in light of Christ and God getting them to sainthood…Silly Prots. A key revelation all saints had is they asked God to help them and let Him steer because it is impossible to do it by oneself. So saints are venerated to point to God to what he can do.

First of all, the word "Christian" for most of the history of Christianity was synonymous with Cathodox, there was literally nothing else. Secondly, Sunday is not just some ordinary day, real Christians consume the blood and flesh of Christ on that day, so it's a big deal.

b1af23  No.724546

Are you winnie the pooh retarded? Not to mention lots of other festivities of the Lord how could you forget about Easter retard? It's even more important than Christmas.

All Apostolic Churches have those holy days, except for Immaculate conception. Also, it's interesting how our love for Christ's mother irks you so much. She fed him, hugged him, kissed him, raised him, Christ loves her as much as you love your own mom. And Christ listens to her when she asks him to be merciful towards us, just like you would listen to your mom.
