>Ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. All of you who have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. (Galatians 3:27)
So why are Christians so divided? Why is quote-unquote "heresy" and "schism" such a big deal? Shouldn't largely all Christians with faith in Christ and baptism into Christ be allowed to pray in any church, to receive communion in any church, and not fight over what amounts to small matters (many of which are unknowable without direct revelation from God)?
Obviously, I'm not talking about major heresies like gnosticism or mormonism, as those people flat out believe in multiple gods and create wealth's of false scriptures that contradict the Bible. I'm talking about groups like
>Roman Catholics
>Eastern Catholics
>Old Catholics
>Sedevacantists
>Any other Catholic churches not in communion with Rome
>Eastern Orthodox
>Oriental Orthodox
>True Orthodox
>Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church
>Old Believers
>Lutherans
>Anglican communion
>Reformed (meaning the Calvinist, Zwinglist, Presbyterian, Congregationalist, reformed Baptist, etc.)
>Episcopalian
>Methodists
>Baptists
>Evangelical
>Pentecostal
>Zion Christian church
And any other group I've forgotten that has faith in Christ and is baptized into him
