I always watch news and when I read people's comments under it, people condemn so much these so called abominable criminals that they say SHOULD be tortured or put to death because they are scum of society…

What Jesus Christ taught about this?

"And Jesus said to them, "Do you suppose that these Galileans were greater sinners than all other Galileans because they suffered this fate? I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. Or do you suppose that those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them were worse culprits than all the men who live in Jerusalem? you can condemn these abominable criminals on top of your lungs that you think is the greatest worst people on earth, and you see yourself as better person than them, but I tell you, according to Jesus Christ Himself, unless you yourself REPENT, you also will perish. Let Luke 13:2-5 reminds us that we who are saved by the Blood of Christ was once also a sinners, and we should have great compassion for those people who don't come yet to know the Light of the Cross, and we should pray for others to come to Repentance…

You are correct. But your post seem to indicate that we shouldn't punish those criminals harshly. We must pray for them, but justice is also a necessity.
