I went to confession today which takes place before mass. When I was done I decided to stay for mass which I had never done before. What I didn't know was it was Sunday's mass vigil, and not a daily mass. I am not sure what a mass vigil is. Am I still supposed to go to mass tomorrow or is it already done? From what I understand, you aren't meant to receive communion more than once a day, and technically the Saturday mass I attended was "27th Sunday ordinary time."
