Why was this ever in the appendix to the Latin Vulgate when it says that the Messiah will die 400 years into his reign? I know it was never technically considered scripture by the Church but still, why was such a Jewed work in the appendix to the Vulgate in the first place?

It was in the appendix because it's an interesting text but it's not inspired (which is evident by how it claims the Christ will reign for 400 years then die).

The book is in Russian Orthodox Bibles but it is not considered inspired either.

However it is considered scripture in Georgian and Ethiopian (and Eritrean) Bibles. I don't know what their deal is.

It is clearly talking about the true original apostolic church teaching Bible based Pastor Jim doctrine.

After 400 years the roman emperors corrupted Christianity, killed Pastor Jim, destroyed all KJV and created the Catholic Church, thus killing the body of the Messiah (the Church) after 400 years of pure Christianity.
