Yes it's possible but unlikely. HIV has a lot of good pandemic properties: high lethality, very long latency, unstable genetic makeup, and a vector with a decent risk of transmission. One of the advantages of Ebola is it presents very fast and in a very obvious way, though it is extremely easy to transmit. HIV lingers and spreads silently, then kills.
As for another HIV? Possible, but I'd expect more of the highly resistant bacteria as a future source of issues. Highly resistant gonorrhe, eg.
