don't go vegetarian, it's very stupid. i can give you an easy way to break it, if you just follow this with determination. firstly you need whey protein powder. buy something good that mixes well and get a bunch of it. also get metamucil, the dissolvable drink kind (not sure if there is another).
the rest is easy. simply just eat one meal a day, and then you can have up to two protein shakes (2 scoops) and a metamucil if you want (for hunger, also good for your digestion/fiber). this is actually a proper fast. the shakes throughout the day will help with the hunger and it's not that bad. you can eat whatever you like for your one meal, but just don't stuff yourself. just eat a reasonable amount. this is actually even a valid fast, and you will still feel hungry of course but you have to offer that for god. your appetite will reduce, you'll lose weight, you'll actually see yourself looking pretty good because you have good protein intake and low calories, you'll lose fat and keep most of the muscle you have, you'll get lean.
you just have to accept you will be somewhat hungry but it won't be that bad and offer whatever it is to God.
