You don't have to go to Church if you really feel uncomfortable, anon. Get healthy and learn to dress good soyou could at least feel okay in society But before that, every Sabbath pray longer, maybe try to pray for an hour, read more Christian /lit/ and maybe listen to a mass on the internet or watch a Christian documentary.

Anon, your physical health, mental health and spiritual health are all interlinked. Looked in holistic remedies and holistic health for things. It's a circle. You can't have one without the other. Physical health requires mental strength, mental strength requires God. I would say start with the soul as your foundation. Go to church, read the Bible, pray God will help you to be a healthier person. Just spend time outside and go on walks and talk to God. Read books, play music, etc. for your mental health.

find a small church that meets in the evening.

The church I use to go to, I moved away miss them tons, they would meet in the evening like 5:30 then after that they would either go to a local restaurant or one of the pastors' houses and we would all have dinner together and just be a family.

There was 20 of us on a good week! We were all close to each other, asked each other how we where and we could be honest, like this week was really tough and I really struggled, and they would not judge you.

So I highly recommend a small church, easy to make friends, and harder to get lost in a crowd that often happens with really large churches.

yes I forgot the part of the Bible where Jesup and the apostles told believers that they could only follow God if they had a job, bathed regularly, and slept enough.

you do realize that Paul and most of th early missionaries where jobless, homeless, wanderers. Jesus and the apostles must have stunk to high heaven when they came to a new town.
