Hi, i like to understand the "world of demons" and their ways of working. I find this very useful as we find ourselves in a very sinful modern world. I have taken the breadpill don`t worry i am dedicated to Jesus Christ. My "research" aims to know the enemy and possibly detect demon attachment or possession.

If you have books or videos on this matter please share them. I am fond of catholic exorcism but i am open to orthodox exorcism as well (i am not sure freelance or protestant exorcism is actually legit however)

Your best bet against evil is regularly praying the Rosary.

An Exorcist Tells His Story by Fr. Gabriele Amorth

That will answer all the fundamental questions, and that's entirely enough to understand what's going on

Here's a full lecture of Fr. Lampert. But I would still advise that you cease "researching" this topic unless you're a (Catholic) priest. In 9999 of 10000 cases you are not set for this.

If in real doubt for a case, contact a priest. Every (Catholic) diocese has at least 1 authoritative exorcist, which is the bishop (i.e., a successor of the Aposltes). Oftentimes they appoint another priest as exorcist.
