Along those lines, I've always wondered how to handle converted transwomen/men.

Low profile case going on in a local church that I shouldn't even know about, apparently, as he wants to keep it quiet for now. (I only learned about it through a non-Christian friend of "his" and mine who's being supportive about it but "concerned", and wanted to know if I'd find out if they were giving him Christian shock therapy…)

Convert in question a former MTF pr0n star/camguy(?) that experienced the grace of Christ in a profound way while lost on drugs and near suicide. Overnight he wanted to be baptized, renounced his life of sin, and is apparently coming to his church in a careful way, wearing a head covering and everything, so as to not make other parishoners aware of his problem until he can sort out what he is to so. Needless to say, I imagine this isn't a problem his "pastor" (I don't want to specify denomination atm) has past experiences to look back on for handling, and it's probably perplexing.

What would a church do? Tell him to go get plastic surgery again, cut off the rack, start on testosterone treatment to undo years of HRT? Is there even a place in the church for a heterosexual marriage between a female-looking male and a female?

Yet another challenge is posed by the various forms of an ideology of gender that “denies the difference and reciprocity in nature of a man and a woman and envisages a society without sexual differences, thereby eliminating the anthropological basis of the family. This ideology leads to educational programmes and legislative enactments that promote a personal identity and emotional intimacy radically separated from the biological difference between male and female. Consequently, human identity becomes the choice of the individual, one which can also change over time”.45 It is a source of concern that some ideologies of this sort, which seek to respond to what are at times understandable aspirations, manage to assert themselves as absolute and unquestionable, even dictating how children should be raised. It needs to be emphasized that “biological sex and the socio-cultural role of sex (gender) can be distinguished but not separated”.46 On the other hand, “the technological revolution in the field of human procreation has introduced the ability to manipulate the reproductive act, making it independent of the sexual relationship between a man and a woman. In this way, human life and parenthood have become modular and separable realities, subject mainly to the wishes of individuals or couples”.47 It is one thing to be understanding of human weakness and the complexities of life, and another to accept ideologies that attempt to sunder what are inseparable aspects of reality. Let us not fall into the sin of trying to replace the Creator.

I would suggest he live as an example to the younglings in your church. He can tell them how he messed his life up and how his body bears testimony to that. He could cut off his tits but I have no idea how they'd fix his penis since to even do MtF they need to invert it etc. He might have to keep the neovag then.
