Mr White makes such an effort to draw a distinction between the living discipline of good the father towards the faithful, and the temporal punishment due to sin, but it falls flat. Anyone who has had a food father knows that he lovingly disciplines us with punishments. When I acted wrongly then confessed and repented,I was forgiven and then punished. The punishment is not too warm forgiveness, but to discipline.

If my father did not ultimately forgive me, it hold out the promise of forgiveness (final condemnation), he wouldn't have punished but rather he would have casted me out from his household. Likewise those who are finally condemned by God are not temporally punished, but rather are cast into hell.

Jesus says, “i am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me”. Indulgences dont come from Jesus but from a man therefore you are not going to the father through Jesus but through a man. Its faith and faith alone in Jesus that produces justification, and it is shown by actions that when that faith produces fruit of the spirit, it is true faith, but when it does not produce fruit, it wasnt faith in the first place. Indulgences its pure heresy because money doesn’t save you from the wrath of God. The blood of Jesus shed (when the high priest would sacrifice animals he would shed blood on the alter to COVER the sin so that it would not be counted) for us is the only necessary and sufficient covering for our sin so that we might not face the wrath of God. And with that wonderful Gospel, why wouldn’t you run to Jesus and seek to obey his every command (showing love for Jesus as shown in John 14) because he first loved us

You do know that indulgences are about application of merits of Christ so that temporal consequences of the sin are lifted?
