You can't redeem yourself. There's nothing you can do or posses that God will accept to cover that sin. You need a kinsman-redeemer, someone who can pay the debt.
"Truly no [mere] man can ransom another,
or give to God the price of his life,
for the ransom of their life is costly
and can never suffice,
that he should live on forever
and never see the pit." (Psalm 49:7-9)
"For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die— but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life. More than that, we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. " (Romans 5:6-11)
All you must do to receive this gift the Lord has provided is to turn from your sin and turn to Christ, believe in Him, trust your life to Him, and He will redeem you. "For the Scripture says, 'Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.' For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For 'everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'” (Romans 10:11-13)
