Ever had one of those? Demons, spirits, entities, even angels. How'd you deal with it?

Closest one I had was sleep paralysis, not paranormal but I've met Christians that thought it's caused by demons.

A spoop haunted my house for a while when I was a young lad. Gave me terrible feelings at night and Winnie the Pooh'd with our mood. Mom did a sage cleansing, and it seemingly got rid of the spook.
