Hello /christian/, I need your help at something.
My grandmother is at constant conflict with herself. Her mother's side is christian but the father's is jewish, I hope you understand where I'm going with this.
She always switches sides when it comes to religion. One time she is jewish and one time christian. Lately her jewish side has really kicked in, and it's very annoying because she has absolutely no idea on judaism or what it means to be a jew. She is saying things like "I'm proud to be jewish" "jews are the chosen people" "anti-semitism is because of envy" etc.. I really want to 'red-pill' her once and for all about judaism. She grew up in a christian home because her father was an atheist even though he was from a jewish background, so she is familiar (to some degree) with christianity and she does believe in Jesus Christ. I tried to get her to read the Bible (particularly the NT, since the OT is too difficult for her) but it doesn't work. She loses focus quite fast and drop it.
And I want to mention she was rejected and got hurt by jews multiple times, first with her father's family, then with her jewish friends, rabbis rejected her etc., yet she can't drop that toxic religion.
Anyway, the situation is pretty complicated. I'd love to hear some tips from you guys on how to show her the right way and make her understand why she can't keep doing that.
