What does Galatians 4:19 mean when St. Paul says Christ must be formed in us?

We're told our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, also that Christ must be formed in us? moreover that Christ dwells in the Father and the Father dwells in Christ (John 14:11)…So basically the Trinity itself is "within us" ???

So I'm walking around not only as an image of God, but also as a container for God?

Not only that but Christ also tells us to be perfect like God is perfect Matthew 5:48.

What does this all mean on a practical level, and how does it relate to salvation?
