So, i guess i don't know how to put it into words, but in a dream last night, well more like nightmare with how it started out. It got to the point where in the dream i remembered my christian beliefs, and i said to the figures that even if you kill me, all you'd be doing is sending me to heaven.

But later on, i felt this presence, and in the dream i got down on my knees and bowed down, like a serf would before an emperor. The presence was unlike anything i've felt on this earth. So what was it? pic related, is the only thing i can think of. Anyone else have an experience like this?

That's not how this works. You make the claim, you prove it.

Did it teach you something of value? Did you wake up and just KNOW what you had to do? Did it reveal something that you've found to be true?

Don't be a New Ager. As important as dreams and revelations are, you shouldn't be superstitious. We're flawed beings, open to being deceived by our own ego or darker forces. Question what you experienced in light of Scripture, Tradition and Prayer.

I'm just saying what i saw in my dream last night which me personally i hardly ever dream. But near the end i felt this presence that i've never felt before not on this earth, or in prior dreams. And when i say prove it. I mean do you have scripture to back that up? Saying that dreams don't mean a thing, or is there a process. Btw im reading from the orthodox study bible right now, to give you an idea where my faith is at the moment.
