What was the Aramaic word now translated Ekklesia?

qahălā' or kĕnîštā

They'd probably use a term with a similar meaning to congregation perhaps something like congregation house. Sunagogé means "gathering" or perhaps "congregation" in Greek and ekklesía means "convocation" in a literal sense.

Syriac texts also seem to have used similar Aramaic terms before implementing the use of 'Edta'.

Aramaic/Syriac doesn't get the attention it deserves tbh
