The clip is entirely VC telling us why he's no longer a Cathbro, how he regards Cathbroism "not the Church" and spends a fair amount of time describing gadoligs as nothing more than robes and idol worshippers, and getting surprised (but unsurprising) agreement from the pagan. LOL.

Also, he spends the whole time talking over the magician.

I don't agree with the strength of VC's denunciation, but I kinda agree with some of the sentiment, sure. I'm not begome, even though I find so many good begomers amongst cathbros, because I really, genuinely, earnestly, worry about the legalism and other practises, and think I would just fight with my congregation more than live at peace with them.

I find it funny the black magic pagan nods and smiles so much, and I'm looking forward to seeing the same dude praising Jesus in a later video having realised the folly of his present path.

I think the dulia/latria distinction is wrong, but I don't think that prevents them from being saved. We're all in error to some extent. Sure, the Catholic church has many pagan trappings but they managed a lot better than Protestantism did with the moderns in only 400 years.

The point of this thread is to find the truth, if there is an answer to this criticism. By avoiding over this subject i've gotten a blind spot to it. I've been wanting to make this thread for a really long time, and I've always hold off on it for obvious reasons, I've talked to mods before about asking these questions and they said that as long as it's not obvious denom flame bait it should be fine.

Catholicism is kind of a big deal to Christianity, I've been to Mary and Eucharist Events and i'd really like to have some better discernment on this topic (or at least a 2nd opinion) coming from a very catholic background.
