You're local food bank is no doubt looking for volunteers. There are also scattered throughout most counties, community centers that are always looking for people to assist with programs or just hanging out with the clients. These can be mental health focused, substance abuse focused, or for people going through homelessness. Most jails and prisons have programs too where you can visit the incarcerated. My mom would go to the prison weekly and bring kids' books and the men there would record themselves reading them for their children. Lots of stuff out there anon
