>1. Genetically Modified Organisms (Plants and Animals)
Maybe later if the whole scientist and engineer community were more Christian and the industry less capitalistic/communistic and more Christian. Right now, you asking for it giving so much power to men and women who think we're nothing but star dust and brain barf or worship the state/money/labor/the invisible hand of the free market/etc.
>2. Synthetic Biology (Creating new DNA to make synthetic lifeforms)
See above. Since we can't create ''nephesh chayya" lifeforms, I don't think we ought to worry too much about ethics of suffering or training of what is essential a fleshy, overgrown insect. I sometimes fantasize about creating computers out of bio-material and using DNA like coding to program these bio-machines.
>3. Weak AI (AI that cannot learn)
Seeing that we have that now, I think it's a bit too late to asking about the future. Like the other answers, there's too little Christian influence in the related fields and industries. See the back lash people have against these tech giants using what is essentially weak ai to collect more data than the entire code length on Github. Even many non-Christians understand the dangers.
>4. Strong AI (AI that can learn)
See #3, we have the foundations through deep learning and pioneer software.
>5. Negative Genetic Engineering (Gene therapy on humans to cure diseases)
See #1, plus most scientists want to destroy human life to get the results they want, no matter if
>6. Positive Genetic Engineering (Genetically engineering humans to enhance their capabilities)
No, I doubt we can successfully do this without gross sin.
>7. Human Cyborgs (Half man, half machine)
Only negative-purposed (artificial limbs), otherwise no. Played too much Deus Ex
