listen to this man right here
I've gone through exactly the same thing that both of you have and also I tried practically every method of trying to stop this addiction. Some of them worked better, some worse but none of them could stop it completely. What I discovered during and after about 5 years of conscious struggling against this sin, is that only God can help you overcome it.
God's grace is the weird trick that's going to make you quit sinning and make fappers hate you. Read this free post to find out more.
Rather than seeking directly and primarily to stop masturbating, seek primarily to know God more, learn to love Him and do His will. If you do this and devote yourself to this, then over time your other problems will sort themselves out.
There is really no other way, as I told you I've been through the same thing and I can say that there is no method or motivation other than this that's going to be enough. I tried motivating myself with staying pure for a future wife, resisting degeneracy to not let the jews win and tried many meme-tier tricks and none of them worked fully.
Go to confession regurarily, take the Holy Communion as often as you can, pray attentively and reguraliry, read the Bible and you can also watch Christian youtube channels to learn more, I reccommend these ones:

>But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (Matthew 6:33)
And no, you're not reprobate/unsaveable/unsaved, there's almost no such thing and it's certainly not you.
You should also avoid occasions for sinning and things that lead you to it. If you're just browsing boards on the chans that probably means you have a lot of free time and you aren't using it sensibly. Work out, read books, play music, run, etc anything works as long as you're not putting yourself in a circumstance where it's easy to sin, even video games are better.
Now you can either take my (someone's who's gone through the same thing that you have) word for it and get over this vile habit, or struggle for months or even years until you arrive at the exact same conclusions.
Many degenerates, even former fornicators (such as Augustine of Hippo) and prostitutes became great saints.
