Possible b8, but I'll bite
Just read any real Church history book, man. I'd recommend something like The Path of Christianity by John Anthony McGuckin and if you want something more about the historical Jesus, read N.T. Wright. InspiringPhilosophy also has a couple of good playlists on the authenticity of the New Testament, the true resurrection of Jesus, and the allegations that Jesus is a compilation of pagan myths.
Honestly, don't even waste your time with these super obscure conspiracy theory documentaries. They're kooky and they don't help anybody with anything. I'm not saying this to try to scare you away from it because I supposedly think what they're saying is damnably true and should ruin your faith (I didn't even sit through more than 5 minutes of it); I'm telling you this because this is truly, truly a waste of time.
Just read a good book, pray, and do something productive.
