That verse was before the Israelite tribes existed. It was a command for all creatures. It was the first command God gave.

I live in a rural area and faggotry and trannyism is promoted at our school, there are immigrants everywhere, most kids are on drugs etc etc. It's only been getting worse these past few years and I don't see it ever improving.
