If you didn't watch PizzaGate from the start as it actually unfolded I'll recap it
Initially Pizza Gate was just compiling the social media postings across a niche group of people involved with Comet Pizza which had very clear and concise homosexual and pedo signalling involving children. The implicated people had very close relations to board members from major anti child trafficking NGOs and the vast majority of all of them repeatedly expressed Freemasonic and related occultic imagery. It was circumstantial anomaly linked to direct pedo signalling and Freemasonry, which has seemed to almost always be involved when pedo scandals have come to light in the past.
After the initial week or so the social media accounts in question and ones tied to them were purged. "Pizzagate" then quickly changed into ridiculous nonsense from people posting Youtube videos and pictures which constructed cryptic nonsensical patterns from things which were weird but clearly not linked; mostly stoking that type of imprecise conspiritorial thinker that sees patterns everywhere and freaks out.
Two Weeks after it started there was an abrupt explosion of a markedly different type of shilling and subversion which was really out of place compared to the prior nonsensical garbage and was reminiscent of how professional shilling like shareblue operates. Overnight out of thin air there was a lot of force spamming every online message board with even more ridiculous and clearly untrue narratives which then the MSM immediately reported Pizza Gate as being about. Layer in people trying to make money off the buzz by embellishing and lying and then Podesta getting politically assassinated with the blame because he's visibly a creep and that pretty much sums it up.
