I looked it up, cause I didn't remember hearing about gnostics in The Bible. Turns out, the world translated "science" in the KJV and "knowledge" in modern translations is "gnosis."

Most people say he's probably talking about the encratites, an extremely early gnostic group that believed you couldn't eat meat or marry. Paul speaks out against people doing that early in the epistle

If it was gnosis then it would have been used instead of the word science. Clearly God wanted the word science there however, unless you have a version, besides the KJV, that doesn't make God a liar to show me that says something other then science.

Also how did you come to the conclusion that science should actually be gnosis? By what authority do you violate revelation 22:18-19? Are you making a new version in line with 2 peter 1:20-21 and titus 1:2?

How exactly am I overemphasising tounges? I am open to other translations as long as they are tested to not make titus 1:2 false if they were true.
