What I see the most is total misunderstanding, or total lack of understanding, of Christianity by people who pretend and think they understand it and know it because they saw a George Carlin or Ricky Gervais video.

You want to hear some heresy? here are some (Note: I dont do it looking for a ban, but because op asked for heresy and this is some easy to believe heresy because it moves in a gray area):

- God made us because he was bored.

- He uses us a form of Tv. He sees what we see, hear what we hear, etc… because we have soul, and our soul is our connection to him. Its like a part of him.

-Thats because he… isnt dead, but he tried to die because… what can you do when you have done everything? Maybe try to die, but here is a paradox. God cant die. The most similar thing is that he deconstructed himself, and so he relies on angels to do his thing. Therefore we think that there are 3 aspects of God (fater, son and holy spirit). This explains saints too. The more parts of god that you have, the holier you are. This explains too why some people can feel God while others cant.

Is this enough heresy for you? :)

Technically this isn't true. Fact is from latin factum meaning a deed or act. A "fact" is just a product of a human action. In science, for instance, a "fact" is a product of the human act of observation. A "fact" of history is something made so by human consensus. And so forth.

But otherwise, yeah as the other post said, the Talmud is where we get the false idea that Our Lady was a whore, that Jesus was the bastard son of a Roman officer and that Joseph threw Her out in disgrace when he found out about the affair. Even if you don't believe in the Apostolic view of Our Lady, the idea that this is what they think of Mary is utterly shocking.

Watch some street preacher videos. There aren't many catholics that street preach but that's the best way to see what some people think of Christianity. Jesse Morell's a pretty good one. Brother Dean's funny but the theology isn't that great as he's still very young.

A fact is not an observation but something that is observable. A fact must be falsifiable. That is not to say it is false but, rather, the potential for the fact to be proven false exists.

Something can only be false if the concept of truth is real. Since observations are predictable, and falsity can be shown via observation, the entirety of science is predicated on the existence of absolute truth.

Thus, anyone who doesn't believe in absolute truth better not believe in science either or they're in contradiction.
