#2 keep posting here and maybe find a catholic forum

#3 go to catholic "mass" and take your sacraments

#4 read your saints and church fathers regularly, pray, practice, love your brothers even if they are autistic and misguided

No need to argue with them, they are ahistorical and think the bible fell out of the sky for them to worship.
