Tried watching the video, but the first 5 minutes was just him rambling. Post his points OP.

I'm semi familiar with Ihop and Mike Bickle. Never watched a sermon of his, but overall just seems like the standard holy spirit teaching protestant church. More familiar with Misty Edwards, Ihop's main worship leader. She has some great albums, much different than the typical worship you hear.
