If you neglected to safe a Christian's life for no good reason, just completely deliberate, would the sin be as bad as murder?

I would think yes, because of Matthew 25:45 and the like, but I can't think of anything concrete in the Bible that would definitely answer it.

It's not the same as the trolley problem since we all agree that saving a Christian vs. not saving anyone is definitely the right thing to do. I just want to know the gravity of the sin.

Depends on who the people are. If I was randomly teleported to the lever and had 60 seconds to decide without knowing anything about them, I would close my eyes and push the lever back and forth until I forgot what it was set to, and then I would either run away without looking or jump under the train. The last part would depend on how I feel during that particular moment.
