Christchan is back up after maintenance! The flood errors should now be resolved. Thank you to everyone who submitted a bug report!

In future ages, what moral will people draw from the history of our time?

Will the 20th and 21st centuries serve as a warning of what happens when societies turn their backs on Christ?

How much worse will things get?

It won't matter since Christ will return and we'll all get raptured soon

No. People will look at it like they do Italy around 133-27 BC :^)

Evidence. Also,

>How much worse will things get?

Read the book of Habakkuk if you want to know. You already see the signs.

"I'm raising up the Babylonians" … "whose own strength is their god" and "who seize dwellings not their own". A sizable portion of the West will be consumed in Muslim conquest. The church will be persecuted. In those parts where Muslims do not take control, apostate Sodomites will.

This is God's instrument to prevent the corruption of the church: to ensure that we are again persecuted. Persecution has only ever strengthened orthodoxy. If God did not raise up the Muslims to destroy Sodom, then the Sodomy would creep into the church.

>Will the 20th and 21st centuries serve as a warning of what happens when societies turn their backs on Christ?

Make that the 22nd as well. God put the Jews into exile for 70 years. I imagine Western apostates, who have the example of the Jews to look to and yet still chose apostasy, will receive a longer sentence.

To be honest, I think we're nearing the end of the slippery slope. When the whole transexual thing started becoming front page news and getting talked about, I think many people started to realize just how crazy things are getting. I'm crossing my fingers for a religious revival.

Religious tolerance is what people promote when they have no faith?

How "backwards" we were.

I don't think it's going to get any better.

This is why California is burning.

Is it? I thought California wildfires were a natural, annual event.

Florida-anon here. We made prescribed burns a real science here. They're done across the southeast to manage pine forest health and keeping the region from building up unhealthy debris that would cause a regional fire that large otherwise. Why can't the west coast do controlled burns?

3ebaf0 No.539662

>>539657

And do you believe every hurricane that hits Florida to be the wrath of God for something, or is it just part of being on the coast in late summer?

The west coast used to do controlled burns, but environmentalists - rather than conservationists - took over. It's got nothing to do with OP's image. It has to do with environmentalism vs conservationism.

>And do you believe every hurricane that hits Florida to be the wrath of God for something, or is it just part of being on the coast in late summer?

I didn't say that anon. If anything hurricanes chasten us, put in to perspective what we value and demonstrate that humans can still love when faced with an obvious existential threat. I know /pol/ wants to think of them as some divine wrath, but honestly they don't kill enough and are far too slow for that to be the only reason, if at all.

>environmentalism vs conservationism

I do need to remember the distinction, thanks.

Checks out.

The future will see these pages of history as a crime. For the better or worse, we might go back to draconian law of the middle ages or something to prevent this from happening again. When the lies of those gays who got APA to allow mental illness to spread and the great lie of the modern Pharisees came to light, there will be a great retribution and stigma to follow.
