>Job 38:4-7

“Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation?

Tell me, if you understand.

Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know!

Who stretched a measuring line across it?

On what were its footings set,

or who laid its cornerstone—

while the morning stars sang together

and all the angels[a] shouted for joy?"

>Ecclesiastes 1:8 - 9

"All things are full of labour; man cannot utter it:

the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.

The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be;

and that which is done is that which shall be done:

and there is no new thing under the sun."

What verses that you're able to recall, have impacted your outlook on the world and life the most?

6756d8 No.537005

Ecclesasties 3:18-21

>I said in mine heart concerneing the esate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts.

>For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.

>All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.

>Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the best that goeth downaward to the earth?

Realising God says men are beasts/animals and that soul, spirit, and body are three seperate things in 1 thessalonians 5:23 really changed my outlook on the Bible and the world.

I'm not a kike. Do you have something proving that ecclesasties 3:18 stating

>that they might see that they themselves are beasts.

and ecclesasties 3:19 stating

>so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.

Is untrue?

>What verses that you're able to recall, have impacted your outlook on the world the most?

Romans 1:26-31

>For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

>And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

>And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

>Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

>Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

>Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

Knowing that all homosexuals really do hate God and that we will never have to see them again in the eternal kingdom. And that they are all reprobate predators, and subsequently realizing who actually takes this word of God seriously and who only pretends to believe it.

Also extremely striking is the verses that assure us that we will never be taken by certain kinds of temptations, because God protects his children from those kinds of temptations.

>There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

>The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

>And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

8cd2d6 No.537029

>>537026

>Also extremely striking is the verses that assure us that we will never be taken by certain kinds of temptations, because God protects his children from those kinds of temptations.

But the verses you just quoted only say that you will never be stricken by temptation "above that ye are able". Whether you will suffer homosexual temptations is up for God to decide.

16844f No.537031

>>537029

>Whether you will suffer homosexual temptations is up for God to decide.

Exactly. It's not a mere accident they became like that, God gave them up unto vile affections. Which is a temptation "not common to man." It was all in His control what to do with them, and He "gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness," etc.

lolberg see James 1:13-14

>Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

>But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

By lust do you sin? See Romans 7:7

>What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

By covetousness then? See James 1:15

>Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Was not providing a arguement or verse part of your plan? I have another hotheaded verse, it is revelation 16:3

>And the seond angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

I just am persuaded to laugh at you for, funnily enough, starting with a non-argument.

You realize that if even one heterosexual man had homosexual thoughts, your theory would be destroyed? What even is liberal about thinking that some people also have to resist homosexual thoughts?

The kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to depart into hell.

I still believe he meant these verses 100% literally.

Sobering, isn't it?

Genesis 19:24-26

>Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven; and he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground. But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt."

God hates sin so much He will send literal fire and brimstone out of heaven to kill and utterly destroy everything, and just one disobedient stray will kill you too.

2nd Samuel 23:8

>These be the names of the mighty men whom David had: The tachmonite that sat in the seat, chief among the captains; the same was Adino the Eznite: he lifted up his spear against eight hundred, whom he slew at one time.

There was a dude so bad to the bone he killed eight hundred enemy warriors in one battle with a spear.

Jeremiah 13, when God had Jeremiah wear some undies and then had him bury them, just to have him dig them back up and use them as a metaphor for Judah's behavior.

Matthew 8:28-32, jesus sends about 2,000 demons, including the devil, into a herd of swine and the swine freak out and commit Sudoku.
