Catholic take is no saying words in a imaginary unbiblical dictionary of forbidden words. Generally but not limited to, piss, shit, fuck, hell, crap, ass, bitch, and cunt. But this changes as societal mores/morals changes. You can still swear/give oaths as a catholic though.

My personal take is that you should not give any oaths/forswear thyself at all because of Matthew 5:33-36

The word you are looking for is profaning His holy name by treating it as unholy or base/common. See ezekiel 22:26

I will return if God puts my wrongful persecution to rest, keeps these evil people persecuting me away from me, and restoring my health so that I know He is faithful and true and not a false spirit or rogue spirit of Jewry.
