I live in Canada which really limits my options. A lot of the Presbyterian Church in Canada churches I look at are lost causes. I believe in infant baptism, but it's not a deal breaker for me. There's a good CRCNA church about an hour away from me that if necessary I would make the travel each Sunday, but I really want a local church for the senses of community. I never thought of looking for reformed baptist churches, so that could be a good place to look.

It all depends on the Bishop, if he allows it or condemns it. Sure I'm not a fan, but I still stand by the Church. It takes the great bits of Catholicism (rituals, tradition, sacraments) and the great bits of Protestantism (high view of scripture, the push for "love thy neighbor").
And what about female clergy? If there are women that are dedicated and can preach the Word on the same level as their male counterpart, then why shouldn't they be a priest? If they preach heresy, they should be rebuked like their male counterparts. Simple as that.
