Facil, sin contactos es una profesion que no conseguis una mierda dentro del rubro juridico per se. Podes llegar a laburar de profesor y demas, pero hoy dia tenes a montones de personas que son abogados de profesores porque no es para nada rentable el ejercicio profesional largandose "solo" ( pocos clientes, montones de "colegas" tratando de cagarte los clientes + familiares del cliente que opinan porque opinar es gratis que lo estas representando mal, o que sos un chanta y que deberia cambiar de abogado + mala imagen de los abogados en general), por otro lado, ahora los estudios en general buscan minas y descartan automaticamente a los hombres… la mayoria de busquedas son "abogada de 23-25 años recibida, promedio 8+, con 5 años de experiencia en tal cosa y matriculado"…
La gente no te paga lo que tiene que pagar, los tenes que estar corriendo, no tenes ganancias mensuales y si cobras lo que dice el Colegio por cada escrito y demas, lo mas probable es que no te paguen un carajo y se vayan con otro abogado que no les cobre nada (competencia desleal segun el Codigo de etica).
El chiringuito esta armado para que prosperen unicamente los que tienen contacto o vienen de familia de abogados, sino preparate para pasar los peores 3-4 años de tu vida (que en la facultad te dicen: "con sacrificio se puede", pero despues te enteras que tenian alguna palanqueta y el sacrificio les duro como mucho 6 meses…) donde vas a tener puras perdidas de guita, pocos clientes, etc.
Sino intenta ser profesor de secundario: vas a un privado y te piden que tengas formacion pedagogica y 3 años de experiencia enseñando la materia, eso si, despues ponen para dar civica a un gordo que estudio geografia…
En el Estado, tenes que participar en los concursos esos que hacen, ta bien, es posible ingresar, el tema es que competis contra los que son literalmente profesor (te aventajan en puntos) y 300000000 abogados cagandose de hambre que quieren meterse a profesor para tener una ganacia mensual que les permita mantenerse…
Por ultimo, para acabar esta sinfonia de pesimismo, curse, me recibi y siento que realmente no aprendi una mierda util en la UBA, puras huevadas de teorias y cosas que no le soluciona nada al comun de los mortales, todo lo que podia llegar a ser util, lo movieron a posgrados o lo transformaron en cursos pagos, y los intelectuales de la facultad te dicen: "y si queres aprender a hacer escritos, manejarte en un juzgado, etc. no vengas a la facultad, hacete un curso de gestor…". Unos pelotudos, creando profesionales que no sirven para una mierda mas que para hacerse la paja con teorias dirigidas a otros intelectuales con un fin masturbatorio.
TL;DR: No estudien abogacia salvo que vengan de familia de abogados o tengan contactos pesados, sobre todo en la familia judicial.
