I think this could change the game indefinitely.
New selection process for limiting effects of unassimilatable peoples:
Creating a rigorous selection process that frees up Canadian Tax money from people who milk government money, through a three strike system that focuses on; school performance (for students), infractions of laws, nonconforming to the 'bilingual' & cultural standards, enclave community crime rates & violence against original euro-canadians & Amerindians (severe crackdowns on enclave communities), usage of government services such as welfare & healthcare (over usage is penalized or counts towards strikes), probationary voting period of one or more election cycles to all newcomers (depending on strike count longer to no voting rights), no more affirmative action, no more government spending bias towards newcomers and coloureds (for religious institutions, businesses, or otherwise), no more coloureds quotas for companies, no more dual citizenship (unless otherwise specified), no more citizenship by birth to outsiders, no more promoting & indoctrination towards/for open marxists or marxist theories or cultural marxism, no more come & go use & abuse of free healthcare (revoke rights to healthcare to all individuals or families that reside outside of national boarders that do not contribute to the system) and additionally any individual or family as a whole that costs original Canadians more money than what they contribute through taxes are deported to originating country. International students do not get a free pass either, all must go through a Lite Selection Process™ (more leniency and extended number of strikes).
Equality comes at a price for this system, you either abandon your roots or you get send back where you came from. Equality is earned not given, you conform to the values of Canada or you do not get equal treatment. From the very beginning you are an outsider (unless otherwise specified). And thus a degree of order and meritocracy shall return to the great nation of Canada.
