Uh, that's a white baby harp seal in the WebM you posted. It's illegal to hunt them in Canada. (You can hunt them after they get a little older, though.)
Anyway, I get your point. But most seals don't get clubbed to death. Don't believe in the PETA propaganda. Over 90% just get shot by a bullet, fast and nearly painless. Clubbing is usually also pretty painless despite looking cruel.
Oh, and seals are not an endangered species. In fact they're overpopulated. And they're eating cod. A LOT OF COD. The cod stocks on the Atlantic coast already have been declining over the past years, we don't need any more seals to hurt them even more.
