Там сложно на первый взгляд только. Рекомендую посмотреть обучающие видео на Ютубе, полно таких. В этой программе есть много плагинов (маленькая кнопка в виде разетки), еще можно скачивать из интернета дополнения, которые упрощают пользование.

Создаёшь папку, кидаешь туда картинку, мп3 файл и скачанный ffmpeg. Затем создаёшь внутри папки файл *.*cmd или *.*bat, не важно. В него пишешь эту строку с параметрами, ну и всё в общем.

Насчёт семплов: советую вырезать звуковые фрагменты из ютуб-видео или записывать самому. Растянутый до гула удар грома или стук трамвайных колёс, к примеру.
