Как думаете, случалось ли такое за всю историю человечества, что индивид, который кончал жизнь самоубийством, не был ни в депрессии, ни состоял в террористической огранизации? То есть логично, что ты убиваешь себя либо тогда, когда ты в глубокой ангедонии, либо ты промытый шахид. А что касается тех, кто способен получать удовольствие от жизни, живут нормально, но просто не хотят продолжать существование? Спрашиваю потому, что я не в депрессии и не шахид, однако хочу умереть.

Думаю, да, но у этого есть причины, явные или скрытые. Наверное, у каждого есть такие весы, на чашах которых жизнь и смерть. Внутренний конфликт, например, между действительностью и ожиданиями может значительно склонить баланс. Или банально, здоровье сбоит. Сейчас никак нельзя. Вообще. Технологии недостаточно развиты. Через ~500 лет или даже меньше — абсолютно можно.
Я собираюсь пожертвовать собой ради идеи — идеи ненависти к сегодняшнему миру (именно сегодняшнему, потому что далёкое будущее вполне может оказаться утопическим с моей точки зрения) и его тотального неприятия. И это, как мне кажется, будет единственным достойным моим действием за всю жизнь. Действием, ради которого стоило жить.
В конце концов, что я потеряю? Жизнь, которая меня не удовлетворяет? Лучше вечный сон, чем постоянное сидение за компьютером и вялый скроллинг Ютьюба.
