Когда ощущаю относительно сильную боль в первые несколько секунд идет паника, но потом я говорю себе, что это такое же ощущение, а все ощущения, по моему мнению - они имеют значение только в плане того, как мы их воспринимаем, так что логично просто перестать их воспринимать, и боль ощущать как простое ощущение, по типу того что ты прикосновение чувствуешь, и тебе от этого ни холодно, ни жарко. Как-то так, наверное.

Остался, кожа немного слезла.
Сегодня сходил в кино про Человека Паука, а он каким-то совсем плохим оказался. Сидел целое кино, и "вот сейчас произойдет А", "а вот сейчас произойдет Б" и т.д. Как-то даже не ожидал, что настолько плохо.
