Если пробовать разные образцы стали в качестве положительного электрода в каком то растворе, то можно замечать как они по разному себя ведут. Вот пример.
Самый простой гвоздь. Дает буро-коричневую пену.
Кусок нержавейки от самовара дает и буро коричевую пену и желто-зеленый раствор.
Отсюда можно сделать вывод, что желто-зеленое это никель или хром.
А что будет со сверлом? Возможно железо уйдет в пену, а вольфрам упадет на дно порошком.

У тебя очень необычное хобби, мне нравится.
Мы проходили в универе Металлы, очень интересный предмет, крутые графики разных состояний, я даже помню про сталь.
Хмм, вот чисто по памяти- в сплавах со сталью фосфор увеличивает морозостойкость, сера ухудшает свойства стали… А дальше я не помню, там много разных элементов можно добавлять, но я эту лекцию не доучил, подглядывал всегда на экзаменах :)

В стали меди нет. Медь дает голубой, синий, зеленый цвета.
Вообще, я начитал, что медь присутствует в стали. Это вредная примесь. Особенно сильно она проникает в сталь из металлолома потому что в ломе всегда попадается что-то постороннее типа проводов. И избавиться в какой то мере от меди в стали можно введением серы.
