Как минимум нужно не накручивать себя. Не заводить будильники - это однозначно. И постараться вообще не думать о том, что тебя тревожит. Хотя бы до тех пор, пока тревога не убавится до минимума.
Я вот умею накрутить себя так, что будильники становятся не нужны - я среди ночи проснусь от тревоги. Но что важнее - умею контролировать это и могу не мучить свой организм лишний раз.

А хотите расскажу вам об одном своем лайфхаке? Чтобы разгрузить спину, которая у меня частенько побаливает, когда сижу за столом или лежу с ноутом на диване, я иногда перехожу на стоячий режим. У меня есть подставка-столик под ноут, я ставлю ее на компьютерный стол, сверху на нее кладу одну штуку типа ящичка, для увеличения высоты, и ставлю сверху ноут. Для мышки я использую стопку книг стоящую на столе. Таким образом, можно вполне удобно пользоваться ноутом стоя и за несколько дней моя спина приходит в гораздо лучшее состояние. Но не стоит использовать такой способ пользования пекой слишком долго, потому что начинают нагружаться и болеть колени. Нужно чередовать один режим с другим.
Можно, конечно, купить специальный стол для работы стоя, но они стоят немалые деньги, плюс меня устраивает тот стол, который я уже имею.

А мне снилось мне что я с корешами владею серьезным бизнесом и набираем на работу тянок модельной внешности. Одним из условий получение работы для них было трахаться с нами. Офигеть, анончики, со мной опять приключилось странное. Решил я поесть орехов перед прогулкой, а колю я их двумя блинами от гантели, предварительно положив в плотный непрозрачный пакет из-под заварки для чая, чтобы не разлетались осколки. Так вот, положил я два ореха, расколол их, переворачиваю пакет, а они не вылетают. Пакет как-то так загнулся, что орехи не выпадали. Поправил я пакет, открываю и трясу на тарелку, а из него вываливается только один орех! Клал в пакет два ореха, а на тарелке оказался только один расколотый и внутри пакета пусто. Никуда он выпасть не мог, я бы увидел, тем более что треснутый орех не укатится и пакет без дыр. Куда, блядь, делся орех? Что за ерунда? Мне не жалко, но сам факт такого исчезновения озадачивает.

Когда гулял, проходил через территорию областной больницы. Шел мимо одного корпуса, где в одном из облупившихся и закрытых какой-то фанерой за стеклом окон цокольного помещения, через щель я увидел тусклый желтый свет и кусок облезлой запущенной стены внутри. Сразу появились очень неприятные ощущения. Не знаю как это объяснить, но каким-то образом в следующий миг я осознал, что это помещение вроде морга и там сейчас лежит труп. И то что было этим трупом тоже до сих пор там. И что ему очень плохо и страшно быть в этом стремном месте, что оно само не знает чем сейчас является и что будет дальше, но ему плохо и его предчувствия тоже плохие. И я понял, что оно право и его из этого страшного подвала ждет путь в еще худшее и темное место. Не какой-то там ад со смолой и чертями, нет, а куда-то в заброшенность, сырость, очень долгое одиночество, мрак, боль, пустоту и параноидальный ужас. И что то что с ним происходит определяется тем как оно жило и умерло, что последующее является следствием его прошлых поступков. И все это я понял всего за одно мгновение, пока желтый луч света снизу попадал в мои глаза, опущенные мимоходом без замедления шага. Я не размышлял над этим, не фантазировал и никак не развивал то что чувствовал. Просто шел без каких-либо подобных мыслей, а потом начал знать все это сразу и полностью.

А знаете что мне сейчас пришло в голову? Не замечали и не рассматривали пикрелейтед рекламу у нас на восьмаче? Я как-то не обращал внимание, а сейчас присмотрелся к ней и кликнул. Это какая-то книга под названием "внутренняя алхимия". Сама по себе, судя по всему, она ничего из себя не представляет. Но, поскольку я в последнее время интересовался этой темой, то из любопытства загуглил название. И оказалось, что существует традиционная даосистская практика с таким же названием и даже соотвтествующая статья на вики. Про то что в даосизме есть алхимия я знал давно, но не вникал. Может это не все не случайность, а знак, что мне стоит изучить это направление? Как раз сейчас я хотел ознакомиться с чем-то новым в этой сфере. А недавно я получил очень наглядный урок того, что подобными совпадениями и знаками не следует принебрегать, поскольку они могут принести большую пользу или оградить от проблем.

Я тоже почти всегда руководствовался только рациональностью, сейчас пытаюсь научиться жить иначе. Сложность заключается в том, что нужно отличать реальную интуицию и наитие от притимитивного самовнушения и фантазий. Но иногда разница убийственно очевидна, она ощущается прямо таки как явственная сила действующая как магнит.
Сейчас я дочитываю фантастику "Путешествия Тафа", которую скачал когда мне нужно было чем-то отвлечься от плохого ирл и не было настроения для более серьезных вещей. Еще у меня в чтении наполовину прочитанная "алхимия" Рабиновича, которая содержит вполне интересный материал, но в ней он изложен таким неудобоваримым, для меня, образом, что я все никак не могу осилить эту книгу. Хотя основное я уже прочитал, остались дополнения составляющие больше половины текста. Но не хочется бросать незавершенное дело и начинать другую книгу подобного рода.

Идеи были, но это же нужны от всех какие-то затраты, усилия, что-то внезапно может пойти не так, причем у анончиков это очень вероятно. Поэтому долгосрочные планы всегда кажутся неосуществимыми, все так быстро и непонятно меняется, что сказанное пару недель назад уже очень сомнительно, но наверное последнее только у меня. Я уже вообще не курю больше двух месяцев и очень доволен собой в этом плане.
