Почему не поймешь? Вообще-то сама по себе, с художественной точки зрения, даже без раскрытия всего пласта заложенного смысла, это весьма увлекательная книга. И ты же читал Головина. Непонятную алхимическую, каббалистическую и символику карт таро, можно гуглить в интернете по ходу дела. Даже коротких энциклопедических статей хватит. Еще желательно прочесть "изумрудную скрижаль" и как нужно понимать ее содержание.
Если хочешь основательно подготовиться, то можно читнуть "алхимию" Рабиновича, но это не очень легко читабельный талмуд, если читать его вдумчиво и не по диагонали, по крайней мере мне он с трудом заходит.
Также можешь писать тут свои вопросы, а я постараюсь тебе ответить в меру своего понимания прочитанного.

Ощущения физические, в груди тяжело и как-то давит, как груз, вся энергия уходит туда, куда-то в пустоту, глотать тяжело и тошнит, периодически рвотные позывы становятся настолько сильными, что совершал попытки блевануть.
Ощущения на грани срыва, будто вот-вот впадёшь или, скорее, выкатишься из рассудка. Прискорбно, но ещё и голоса, шёпот и шумы, а ещё потрескивания и дрожащий такой звук, будто по костям ток ходит. В висках горит и уходит в затылок. Какая-то посторонняя сила в голове.

Когда задремал на минут 20, увидел статуэтку, как на картинке. Она висела в воздухе среди чёрного бездонного космического пространства, а затем полил дождь и статуэтка стала размокать и рассыпаться, пока от неё не остались одни глаза. Сегодня у меня был очень тяжелый день, сильно разболелась голова, а еще я словно терялся на короткие промежутки времени. Не мог понять от чего это, даже сходил померить давление, а потом мерил температуру. Пока не померил все и не убедился в том что показатели в норме, то еще были приступы паники. Сначала думал, что у меня очень высокое или низкое давление, нужно срочно что-то делать или будет инсульт/инфаркт либо потеряю сознание. Потом, думал, что я сгораю от температуры. Все это сопровождалось частым сердцебиением, наверное от паники. Сейчас, вроде, отпустило. Очень стремная тема, со мной такого практически никогда еще не было. Начиная с осени я три раза простудился, очень не хотелось опять заболеть и еще промелькнула мысль, что это может какие-то скрытые осложнения начались. Допускаю, что тут еще играет роль резкая перемена погоды.

Вчера было что-то похожее. Сейчас тоже ощущение повышенной температуры в теле.
Мне помогло полежать и успокоиться. Закрой глаза и найди мысленно место, где сильнее всего неприятно, то, откуда возникают остальные симптомы. Одновременно с этим глубоко и плавно вдыхай, задержав на 3 секунды внутри воздух, так же плавно выдыхай. Пусть дыхание как бы очистит то место, где неприятно. Представь что-то хорошее, но лучше всего тёплые солнечные лучи. Но не слишком яркие, пусть это будет свет, пробивающийся сквозь деревья, а ты как бы лежишь под их тенью. Тёплый летний ветер. Полежи так минут 30, но не усни, можешь иногда пробуждать себя мыслью о том, что ты есть, здесь и сейчас. Должно помочь, друг! Пусть станет лучше.

Писал пост сегодня, но он не отправился. Напишу еще раз, ладно.
Вспомнил случайно, что у меня есть красивые карты таро, покажу их завтра днем.
Еще вспомнил следом историю, она связана с таро как раз.
Есть у меня знакомая тетя лет 45, хорошая, умная. Во времена бурной молодости тусовалась наверняка. Но история про то, что она говорила абсолютно серьезно мне, что в неё в одно время вселился демон.
В один из тяжелых периодов жизни, у нее немного начала ехать крыша- она слышала демона, видела его и все такое. Она была верующей. И лечилась соответствующим образом. Ходила в церковь, приглашала батюшек и все в таком духе. Говорила, что в церковь было очень трудной зайти из-за демона, настоящая физическая боль.
Кульминация истории такова, что в один из дней, когда ей было уже совсем не хорошо, к ней пришел батюшка домой. Нашел он её в комнате на диване. Но она не лежала на нем. По словам батюшки, она парила над ним в абсолютно неестественной позе, как будто её хотели выжать как тряпку.
Батюшка увез её в монастырь, где она прожила где-то пол года. Конечно, можно легко подумать, что это приукрасы все, вымысел или обман, но она рассказывала это с таким честным взглядом…
А еще она говорила, что карты таро- это очень опасный инструмент в руках понимающего человека, и лучше с ними не связываться. Через них можно легко призывать на себя демонов.
Суть в том, что не они отвечают тебе на вопросы. Это они задают вопросы. И если человек умеет пропускать их символику через себя, то он сможет узнать очень многое.

И еще кое что скажу, что крутится в голове. Хотя не знаю, с чего начать…
Начну с себя- чувствую, как отделяюсь от мира. Ходил встречаться с друзьями, посмотрел, кто чем занимается, у кого какие пристрастия, привычки, о чем кто разговаривает. И анон, это все пустота. Ебаная медитация. Все вокруг пустота. И я вижу только один путь её заполнить- погрузиться в личное безумие. Отдаться полностью идее, что поглотит тебя и наполнит жизнь целью. Зажечь наконец свою искру, и начать творить. Звучит банально? Наверное.
И я понимаю, что вся моя жизнь, все эти бессмысленные дни до этого, они наполняли по капле чашу моего понимания. Осознания.
Но этот путь чрезвычайно опасен. От гения до безумца один шаг. Главное, не дать поглотить безумию себя до того, как ты закончишь свои проекты.
Хотя, и это все пустота… Но тогда, ты хотя бы пытаешься наполнить её смыслом.
И еще. Я кажется не могу тут с вами сидеть. Чувствую, что отдаляюсь от вас, как и от других людей.
Да, так и живешь, сегодня ты существуешь и кто-то возможно даже думает что-то про тебя. А завтра тебя уже нет. И никто не вспомнит. Никогда. Нигде.

Про осознанность.
Когда идешь в наушниках и слушаешь музыку, а рядом гавкает собакен- ты не пугаешься его, потому что ты его банально не слышишь. Но ведь наш слух сам по себе это тоже своеобразные наушники. Знакомо вам определение "находиться в потоке"? Состояние, когда человек полностью погружается в деятельность. Музыкант не может играть музыку хорошо, не находясь в потоке. Звучит без души, как говорят. Играть хорошо в игры тоже не получится без такого потокового состояния, человек должен полностью отдаться и погрузиться тому воображаемому миру.
Если добиться такого состояния на постоянной основе, с утра и до ночи, то можно творить невероятные дела в жизни.
Но я даже представить себе не могу, насколько же сильное выгорание человека тогда произойдет. Человек буквально сгорит изнутри от такого сильного присутствия и делания. И на месте пожара родится новый, более сильный человек. Маленькая внутренняя эволюция. Это в хорошем случае. А в плохом случае в мире станет на одного шизика больше.
Стоят ли идеи того, чтобы за них умирать?

Перед переездом получил очень чёткий ответ от них, с тех пор с ними не работаю вообще. "Зарядил" их, сделал очень откровенными и работающими, поэтому если встречу достойного человека, которому будет не лень и не всё равно, обязательно подарю. Пусть пользуется, а для меня это пройденный этап. Ещё на них можно медитировать и играться, задавая тему ОСа, где будешь пытаться раскрыть определённый архетип. Очень интересный инструмент, если правильно пользоваться, но больше психологический, чем магический, поэтому и не видел никогда в них опасности.

А на счет карт - мне они интересны только в концептуальном и теоретическом смысле, но никакой практики с ними я не хочу. Есть две причины: во-первых я склоняюсь к тому, о чем говорит Майринк в повести "майстер Леонгард" - вся наша реальность создана нашим умом, и если даже мы выстроим невероятно сложные и тонкие мистические учения с магическими картами, демонами и прочим, все это будет только мишурой застилающей истинное просветление. О том же самом рассказывал Сергей Кулдин, когда говорил о магах. Они оба считают, что магией действительно можно овладеть, опустим технические детали, будь то обращение к архетипам нашего подсознания или вера в использование неких внешних сущностей (хотя это может быть только фантом созданный собственным умом), но этот путь ведет в сторону от подлинного понимания себя и мироздания. Это только сон разума, пусть даже очень яркий, так сказать искуссный и интеллектуальный. Только Майринку потребовалась почти вся жизнь, на протяжении которой он состоял в тайных оккультных обществах, занимался герметическими практиками и изучал каббалу. (Кстати, роман Голем это словно тасующаяся колода Таро, он весь строится на его символах, а главный мудрец этой истории прямо говорит, что Таро заключает в себе всю суть мироздания). Но от этого, как мне кажется, его итоговое мнение, которое свелось к чему-то близкому к буддийской философии тантрического типа, еще более ценное, для того кто имеет открытый разум, не хочет слепо принимать чьих-то догматов и пытается самостоятельно составить мнение об этих вещах.
А, во-вторых, почему я не хочу иметь дело с Таро - это то о чем ты сказал, на счет демонов. Но мое мнение скорее сводится к тому, что подобная практика может очень далеко увести наш ум на уровень сложных мистических лабиринтов, блуждая в которых и веруя в реальность этой иллюзии, наш разум может заблудиться и самостоятельно породить чудищ, как в страшном сне. Только для него этот сон будет реальным и демоны будут казаться внешними силами. О возможности такого развития событий тоже говорили многие знающие люди, в том числе упомянутый Кулдин.
С другой стороны, соприкосновение с чем-то запредельным может оказаться очень позитивным опытом, в том плане, что оно даст твердую веру и убежденность в том что духовный мир стоит гораздо высше всего материально и станет стимулом к тому чтобы положить все силы на развитие в этом ключе. Главное критично воспринимать этот опыт, не костенеть в догматах приведших к одному небольшому прорыву.

Он уверен, что скоро психоделические препараты легализуют и будут отпускать по рецепту в аптеках. В первую очередь это касается галлюциногенных грибов, экстази и аяуаски — отвара растений, который традиционно готовят шаманы индейских племен, проживающих в Латинской Америке.
Многие некоммерческие организации уже исследуют влияние психоделиков на организм человека и проводят первые клинические испытания. Как сообщает Business Insider, уже доказана эффективность грибов рода Psilocybe для пациентов с раком в терминальной стадии.
Как показали исследования, псилоцибин снимает тревогу и оказывает успокаивающий эффект на испытуемых.
Облегчить состояние ветеранов войн с диагностированным посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством помогают сеансы психотерапии вместе с приемом экстази. Недавно ученые также доказали, что аяуаска способна улучшить состояние пациентов с депрессией.
Терапию на основе психоделиков хотят применять в тех случаях, когда другие методы лечения не помогли. Предполагается, что пациенту будет достаточно одной дозы препарата, причем принимать ее он будет под контролем медиков.
Однако методика подойдет не всем. Пациенты, родственникам которых диагностировали биполярное расстройство и шизофрению, не могут участвовать в экспериментах с психоделиками. Исключать побочные эффекты также не стоит.
Инвестиции в психоделики
О терапевтическом воздействии веществ ученые говорили и раньше, однако в последние годы сфера стала привлекать внимание инвесторов и частных компаний. Этому отчасти способствовала легализация марихуаны в некоторых странах.
На данный момент поиском новых сценариев применения наркотических веществ занимается Мультидисциплинарная ассоциация психоделических исследований (MAPS), разработки которой спонсирует предприниматель Илон Маск. Организации уже удалось привлечь $70 млн на изучение MDMA, каннабиодов, ЛСД и аяуаски.
По словам Кархарта-Харриса, к процессу стали подключаться и коммерческие предприятия. Летом 2018 года стартап Compass Pathways привлек к исследованиям воздействия галлюциногенных грибов 20 тысяч волонтеров. В ноябре компания Atai Life Sciences собрала $25 млн на исследования в той же области.

Мне вот вчера было плохо, написал вам сюда об этом. Потом, к вечеру почувствовал теплоту, мне стало прямо горячо и начало клонить в сон, это было приятное убаюкивающее ощущение. Я два раза мерил температуру и она была нормальной. Но ощущение горящего, особенно в области лба, было очень явственным. Лег спать, хорошо выспался и сегодня никаких следов вчерашнего недомогания нет, наоборот я даже бодрее обычного. Если это ваши энергии, то спасибо!
