Сейчас после ванной только. Чистеньки. Одно неприятно расстроило. Очень сильно исхудал. Если втянуть живот, то будет похоже на фото узников концлагеря. Кости торчат. Жира почти что не осталось. Выгляжу как какой-то подросток. Единственное утешает, что всё таки фигура мальчиковая - узкие бёдра и широкие плечи.
Но всё равно. Очень, очень сильно похудел. Это не норма для меня зимнего.

Хорошо иметь репутацию комплюхторщика - настроил соседке вай-фай и угрелся итальянской шоколадкой, не выходя из дома. Я как раз хотел чего-то такого, а идти никуда не хотел, потому что сегодня бодун и на улице сильный снегопад с морозом. Ух и напился я вчера коньяком с колой.

Не знаю. Мало ем просто. Не то чтобы аппетита нет, появился как раз. Но количество еды сократилось. Наедаюсь меньшим. Ранье жрал нормально так, много мог за раз. А сейчас немного супа, второе, и кофе кофе, чай, кофе.
