Ещё вчера хотел запостить, но каждый раз стирал, не видел в этом смысла. Так вот. Хотел написать вам, что возникло желание стащить у бати спирт, чтобы забухать немного и всё такое. Дело в том, что в нормальной водке спирт из пищевого сырья. Случился вот опять со мной прикол из детства, когда пропадали и странным образом перемещались вещи. Были и другие штуки, но сейчас не о том. Когда выходил из дома, я помню это точно, я положил наушники в карман толстовки, который на молнии, и застегнул. Встретился я с друганами, выпили вина и пива. Немножко накидался. Подхожу к дому и думаю, может еще пройтись и не идти в тепло, а то развезет, начинаю шарить по карманам толстовки и нихуя там нет. Ну, думаю, все - проебал наушники, жалко, ведь они неплохие. Прихожу домой, потому что без книг и лекций гулять нет смысла, начинаю раздеваться и нахожу наушники в кармане джинс. Я уверен на 100%, что не клал их туда, они были в толствоке! Это точно! Но они, каким-то образом, перекочевали. Но тут еще есть такой нюанс, что я сегодня пошел в один маркет, где спиздил мышку. Сначала смотрел наушники, но они были хуевые и нормальные наушники у меня есть, а вот мышки обе выдохлись: безпроводная стала плохо держать батарею, а у проводной отходит провод, покупать хорошую смысла нет, потому что в игры я перестал играть совсем, вот и спиздил обычную, какая была. Так вот, когда я пиздил мышку, еще подумал, что у меня может что-то случиться с наушниками, которые я не взял, вроде даже как в наказание за кражу мышки. И это случилось, но они вернулись. Но в джинсы я точно их не клал и вообще я никогда туда не кладу наушники. Такая ерунда, у меня в детстве постоянно подобное было.

Для анончиков здесь надо сделать важную поправку. Практика осознанности приоткрывает дверь внесознательного. За ней могут прятаться неприятные вещи, которые ты предпочёл "забыть". Для меня это началось с психоделиков, но суть здесь та же. После сильного опыта я стал иногда буквально видеть гуро и прочие страшные рожи с закрытыми глазами. Было стрёмно, но всё прошло. И сейчас, оглядываясь, могу сказать, что я стал ближе к своему представлению об идеальном себе, свободнее от обид и травм прошлого.

Я писал об этом в прошлом треде:
наш самоконтроль, в этих состояниях снижен. Ум концентрируется на сложных едва уловимых на грани сна и яви вещах и некоторые другие его функции ослабевают, вроде барьера между сознанием и подсознанием, где скрыты наши вытесненные страхи.
Так вот, предположим человек, каким-то образом смог войти в состояние расширенного сознания и соприкоснуться в нем с чем-то, что выходит за его бытовые рамки, что нельзя легко вербализировать, либо с концепцией, которая ведет к ощущению выхода за данные рамки и опять же, на каком-то интуитивном уровне, вызывает ощущение близости запредельного. Какой может быть одна из реакций на это? Невербализируемые вещи - это вещи выходящие за грани всего, что может быть нам известно. Они темные химеры, мы не можем никаких их описать и представить иначе, чем бесформенные очертания чего-то неизвестного. А что обычно пугает человека? - Неизвестность и непонятность. Представь, что ты увидишь некое существо о котором никогда не слышал и ничего не знаешь, ты ведь сразу его испугаешься, даже если оно не проявит никакой агрессии. А что обычно склонен делать наш мозг и каким образом мы действуем большую часть времени? Наш мозг склонен к обобщениям и автоматизму. Например, человек видит в сумерках раскачиваемый ветром куст или вообще что-то непонятное, что он точно не может идентифицировать. Как должен сработать его мозга, исходя из тех инстинктов, которые заложила в него эволюция? Он тут же сформирует из непонятной формы образ чудовища, скажем какого-то хищника и подаст сигнал тревоги. Те кто сразу начинал бежать от страха выживали, а те кто стоял рассматривал и рефлексировал обычно погибали, потому что если не за первым и не за вторым, так за третьим кустом таки оказывался саблезубый тигр.
И вот, что происходит - соприкоснувшись с невербализируемым, то есть тем самым раскачивающимся бесформенным кустом в темноте нашего разума, мы автоматически превращаем его образ в тигра. Только в этом случае куст обретает не форму тигра, а форму наших фобий, форму тех вещей, которые мы можем четко себе представить и вербализировать. Почему именно фобий? - Потому что бесформенная вещь вызывает страх или аналог эффекта мертвой долины и мозг автоматически подыскивает для нее образ ассоциируемый с чем-то страшным и неприятным. Войдя в необычные состояния человек ищет им объяснения в рамках известных ему концепций, допустим начинает говорить себе "я могу сойти с ума". И когда он сводит все к своей фобии или узнаваемой концепции, то даже в некотором роде вызывает эти образы к реальности (это отдельная тема).
Исходя из вышесказанного, становится понятно, что для получения позитивного опыта от такого расширения сознания нужно сначала хорошо развить самоконтроль с осознанностью и научиться бороться с автоматизмом. В принципе, во многих эзотерических практиках так все и происходит - адепт сначала обучается определенным азам психотехник помогающим в самоконтроле и только потом углубляется в область запредельного. А еще его учат "правильно" вербализировать образы в рамках догм каждого конкретного учения, что тоже, по-своему, плохо. Зачастую учителя и тексты этих практик прямо сообщают, что неподготовленный человек может нанести себе большой вред, если попытается постигнуть высшие материи, без подготовки. Плюс, они обычно проходят обучение в общинах, где могут получить немаловажную поддержку товарищей. >>32231

Допустим человека зовут - Вася, они сидит и думает: "Васе пришло в голову вот это", "Вася чувствуют злость или страх при появлении этого образа", "Васе скучно" и так далее. Вот с чем нужно бороться, так это с позывом развить пришедшие в голову произвольные образы, зафиксироваться на них и начать обдумывать. Они должны проскользить в фокусе сознания, а потом уйти, нельзя чтобы они стали центром концентрации мыслительного процесса.

Ага, мы этого не замечаем, но когда наше сознание фокусируется на чем-то неприятно, наше тело дает на это реакцию. Допустим, мы ощущаем злость и у нас сжимаются кулаки или зубы. Или от страха голова втягивается в плечи. Нужно осознавать состояние своего тела и расслаблять эти зажимы, иногда сразу после этого расслабления плохая мысль отпадает. А если с самого начала медитации расслаблять свое тело на выдохе, тогда плохих мыслей будет приходить меньше. Концентрация на дыхании это не просто ощущение как воздух входит в легкие, желательно связывать с вдохом и выдохом ощущение всего тела, чтобы оно стало единым континуумом с дыханием и сознанием.

Это так глупо и смешно - прилагаешь какие-то усилия, тратишь время и стараешься чего-то добиться в изменении самого себя в лучшую сторону. А потом резко откатываешься назад, самостоятельно ращрушаешь большую часть достигнутого. После понимаешь всю тщетность попыток начать заново, но все равно начинаешь. Ведь если не пытаться снова, тогда что остается, какой выход? Все остальное гораздо хуже. Ясно, что таким путем никуда не придешь, это бег дурачка против движения эскалатора - все усилия уходят на то чтобы оставаться на месте, в лучшем случае продвинуться на несколько сантиметров. Не хочу думать, что делать если вера в эти попытки будет окончательно утрачена, как до этого вера в семью, карьеру, успех и другие вещи из этого ряда.

Не, не заказал. Успел убежат из дома до того как руки потянулись к телеге и карточке. Но когда вышел, начал рыскать по вероятным нычкам ища чужой клад, только через полчаса отпустило. Зато отпустило реально - свежий морозный воздух и активная ходьба бысто привели в нормальное состояние, теперь вообще не хочется упарываться. Плюс, я отказался от пьянки, потому что в середине прогулки мне позвонили и позвали в гости праздновать Рождество, а я представил себе алкоголь с табаком и стало противно. Так что я теперь вообще доволен собой, сейчас может лягу и почитаю.
