У меня днем сейчас много дел, а почти каждый вечер бухаю вне дома. Поэтому сейчас редко сюда захожу, плюс когда никто ничего не пишет и не отвечает, у самого пропадает охота писать.
Хотел написать про свои впечатления от лекции Сергея Кулдина, по пунктам разобрать интересные идеи, занятные мысли и то с чем я не согласен. Но из-за постоянного нахождения в состоянии опьянения или бодуна, сложно и нет желания писать большой пост. А написать двумя словами "заебись понравилось" - это считай ничего не написать.

Я изначально говорил, что так и будет, хотя может и жаль, что все так вышло. Вот сейчас, я пришел пьяненький и хочется с кем-то поговорить, но тут каких-то ответов нет и не будет. Идти на лолифокс? Но я теперь не понимаю, сидят ли там тоже, те люди, к которым я привык и которых хочется услышать или они просто ничего нигде не пишут, или ушли куда-то в неизвестные места. Хуево это все.

От братюнистой недостаточности мне начали сниться сны, испытывающие мою выдержку.
Меня поймали в свои миры группа существ, которые под разными личинами пугали или развлекали меня и если бы я у них что-то попросил, они бы мной завладели. Они чувствовали мои эмоции, поэтому мне нужно было контролировать свою выдержку и не скатиться в чернушную чернуху. Но без братюнистых эманаций это сложно.
Они были и трехцветными кошками и анимушными кунцами, но потом я ослаб и они стали блевать и дристать на меня и всяко пугать.
Но я все равно справился, когда они стали злыми собаками, преследующими меня, я стал кунфу мастером и со смешными криками бил их пощещинами.

Валяюсь на диване и смотрю канал "покинутый мир". Подписан на него давно, но смотрел мало, а сейчас начало хорошо заходить и думаю посмотреть все выпуски. Еще у меня есть здоровая пачка семок, которые я лузгаю чтобы не хотелось пить и курить, а то я уже перебираю с этим последние недели. А ведь все праздники еще впереди, нужно сбиваться с загульного настроения - начать меньше употреблять и только в компании.

Решил сегодня днем контролировать мысли. Вроде как мысленный фаерволл. Так, сюда не ходи, молодец. И т.д. И мне понравилось. Ни разу почти не "накрутил" ничего. Я подумал что крутой скил, с ним потом во сне отыграю все. Поспал щас. Это было полное фиаско. Такой психологический триллер ужас просмотрел, что как цунами любой контроль смыл бы.
Дело было так. Я жил в своем доме или в пентхаусе многоэтажки с большими окнами один. Вот вечером кто-то стал играться с лазерной указкой. Ползает точка красная в темноте по стенам и чего то ищет, медленно так. Нашла зеркало, отразилась в экран компьютера и он бсоднул. Стал я высматривать кто там играе т. На улице ночь, по снежинкам увидел лучь. Там в разрушенной стройке. Открыл окно и кричу поймаю татата побьюн! А этот кто то давай суетиться и убегать. Набежало человека три и поймали. Оказалась петян изобретательница, лет 14. Связали ей руки, посадили на землю. Думаем чо делать. Мужэки говорят надо у ней украшения зобрать, я говорю нельзя - злодейство. Она изобрела лазерную штуку какую-то особую, рассматривал ее. Ну и тудым сюдым, решил я ее удочерить, сирота, как на оппике милашка. А до того я еще и говорящего котенка приютил полосатого. Развязали ее, а она как взорвется ихором! Демонхост. Щелкает пальцами и грит будет меня преследовать теперь всегда. Убежал от нее в сон про кунца.
Видели коробочки страховщиков автомобилей у дорог? Жил я в такой. Крохотная. На улице автолюбители, ходят небритые, а тут я живу за хлипкой дверью. Комната всего матрац положить на пол и тумбочка. В тумбочку сложил все свои ценности, страшно за них. Как то пришел я домой, а один из прохожих за мной ко мне в конурку проник и увидел мою тумбочку с ценностями, если расскажет, то ограбят меня запросто. Говорю ему не рассказывай, а он улыбнулся и поцеловал меня. Потом я его. И пообнимались. Настоящий кунец. Красота. Сплю дальше.

Это хорошая идея, я тоже пытаюсь делать нечто подобное. Хочу сказать тебе, что в этом деле важен принцип "отпускания" - когда ты срываешься или что-то не выходит, не нужно обвинять и ругать себя, злиться, отчаиваться и подобное. Просто отметь себе точку, когда все пошло не так и подумай минутку почему, затем отпусти все без эмоций и спокойно начни заново. Нужно воспринимать каждый "провал" как нечто нормальное и отпускать его так, как будто ничего не произошло. Просто брать и расслабленно начинать свою практику снова.
А сны у тебя интересные.
