Технически или фактически? Технически все элементарно, по крайней мере на уровне отдельно взятых стран. С фактическим воплощением все сложнее, тут нужно влиять на широкие пассионарные массы, чтобы их мысли, интересы и активность обращались на вопросы трансформации государства на новой технологичной базе, а не на говно для кретиноидов типа споров про негров, домогательства к бабам или гей-браки. Если в обществе будет запрос на эти перемены, тогда либо действующая власть начнет их воплощать, либо к власти придут те, кто это сделает. Я тут выношу за скобки РФ и всякие бантустаны, потому что с их долей экономики в мировом ВВП их общественный строй имеет пренебрежительно малое значение, для человеческой цивилизации.

Примерно через 50 лет в Лондоне не осталось ни одной "транспортной" лошади. Какие нахер углеводороды в 21 веке?? Уже сейчас можно полностью от них отказаться, только сначала придется заплатить раза в два дороже. Но потом, за счет массовости альтернативных энергетических технологий, их стоимость удешивится многократно. Сейчас ситуация такая:

Мне все эти политологические конструкции и дифференциации всегда кажутся очень искусственными и весьма слабо соответствующими реальности. Политология это вообще не наука, как я считаю - просто пиздобольство ни о чем, фантазии, выдавание желаемого за действительное, пропаганда и мошенничество. Даже психология кажется весьма состоятельной наукой, в сравнении с политолохией.
Чтобы понять как устроенно общество, лучше почитать что-нибудь из экономической теории, потому что политолухи просто оправдывают и пиарят текущий тренд способа производства и распределения создаваемых благ.
Пример: я считаю, что женщины получили права потому что капиталисты пришли к пониманию того, что чем больше в государстве экономически активного населения, тем больше валовый внутренний продукт, доходная часть бюджета и прибыль корпораций. Вроде, этот закон впервые четко сформулировали маржиналисты. И эта теория, подтверждаемая практикой, сделала гораздо больше для равноправия полов, чем всякие суфражистки.
Так что читайте и слушайте лучше про историю экономических учений и экономические теории, чем всех этих политолохических кукаретиков. Маркса изучите - это знать надо, это классика, блядь!
