This will be a attempt at hosting a nation builder. Rolls are 3d100. Starting tech is bog-standard medieval stuff, and anything less.

>Colour: Blue

>Fluff: The Canim have always been hunters. When the gods made the world it was the god of the hunt who made the canim. The first hero Gralitak hunted one of every beast in the world, made weapons of their bones and clothes of their furs. Laughing the hero boasted he could hunt any beast the gods created, and so the gods created monsters by pouring their power into beasts, plants, and rock. Even today we follow the tradition of the first hero and hunt the monsters to use in our shelter, food, and tools.

A lush plains kingdom of castles, peasants, orange carrots and potatoes. Their main exports are serfs and turnips of above average size, while their main imports are iron and coal to construct suits of armour for their many knights and town guards. They have a heavy reverence for tradition, to the point that their technological progress has stymied (aside the odd anachronisms of waffles and so called "creamed ice"); but they fret not, for everything worth using has already been granted to them via their vague light-based religion that involves a priesthood and clergy and may or may not be monotheistic. The king constantly worries that his princess might be abducted by a dragon, and there have been rumors that the local court wizard is conducting some form of funny business. Their court jester is said to be the funniest man in the realm.

Many stone towers dot the countryside which is choke full of crop fields and cottages; a necessary measure to keep watch for the various monsters whom make their habits around the nation's borders. There is a thriving adventurer industry, and the latter are generally expect to pick up slack for all those things that the knights are unable to do themselves. Their national standard is an orange carrot on a white background.

>Name: Paollos

>Race: Humans (Nobles, Citizens), Elves/Dwarves/Halflings (Perioikoi), Goblins/Beastfolk (Helots)

>Color: Bronze

>Fluff: A thriving coastal country, Paollos was founded by a ferocious human king whose name is lost to history. They pride themselves on being culturally and architecturally advanced, shunning magic in favor of iron pikes and shields. Humans make up the Paollosian nobility and general citizenry; near-human races are the "perioikoi," who live free but enjoy no right to vote or hold office. The most wretched races make up the helots, who do the most vile and brutal work and wait on the pureblooded human nobility.

>Name: The Caramelan Tribes

>Race: Sugarians

>Colour: Pink

>Fluff: As the name suggests, Sugarians are really sweet people! A trio of Tribes make up their populace, composed of the creative Pastry people, the industrious Lolly people, and the aggressive Choco people! In-fighting between the Tribes is common, most of it over the right to host the many festivals that take place during the year. Sugarians don't consider "Meatlings" to be real people, considering them to be barbarians at best and animals at worst. The general appearance (architecture, armor, looks etc) seems to be a fusion between Chinese and French styles, with much of their tools and infrastructure made of up various hard candies.

>Name: The Mikazuchi Shogunate (a.k.a. Shinryu)

>Race: Humans, some oni

>Colour: Dark red or jade green

>Fluff: After many years of warfare between feudal lords (similar to the Sengoku era of actual Japan), one man named Mikazuchi was able to subdue the many states fighting over control of the land of Shinryu and ascend to the throne of emperor. As it stands, the shogunate is comprised of both humans and oni. While humans make up the bulk of the population, the oni stand out as a respected warrior caste alongside the brave human samurai caste, both feared for their strength and skill. The warriors themselves are trained to be deadly with and without a weapon, but they typically excel in swordsmanship and archery (in addition to the more hidden arts). Other than that, culture and pretty much everything else is pretty much a carbon copy of Feudal Japan
