I've got a private therapy session later, but I don't think me and him work well together at all, I just feel anxious as fuck in there. I physically freeze up, stare at the floor and can only mumble a couple of words or nod/shake my head, and he always asks me stupid shit like "why don't you try going outside?". I just think to myself "are you serious? If I could do that on my own I wouldn't be seeing you in the first place".
